The company's history

Remember your first toy car? It's an important part of childhood - to feel like an adult, to drive a car like mom or dad, to have a whole fleet of different makes and models! Little ones get big over time, and their toys grow along with them. The desire to control something in their lives never goes away. And we give people what they want: control, means, opportunity.

When we opened our car rental business, we chose the premium segment niche because we ourselves love reliable, comfortable and beautiful cars. And it is also nice to deal with people who know what they want from life and what they aspire to - our clients are exactly like that.

At first glance it seems simple: rent a premium car. In fact, we are engaged in business development, increase investors' income and help solve clients' problems. A win-win scheme - when everyone wins.

Financial indicators

2011

Our business started with 10 cars that the two co-founders purchased for a cab rental project.

2012

We recruited a team and opened our first office in Moscow. We started partner activities with Avilon, Yandex and Mercedes-Benz. The car fleet grew to 30 units.

2013

We opened our own car service center in Moscow to service our car fleet, which increased to 150 units.

2014

There are already 500 cars in the fleet. We saved the "Izmailovo taxi company" from bankruptcy: we kept the staff and brought the company to profit. Using this example, we realized that we could effectively manage third-party fleets.

2015

More than 1500 clients work with us. We cooperate with major investors for development in the following directions: 1) car rental with the right of redemption; 2) car rental in the UAE; 3) car rental to work in a cab.

2016–2017

We are scaling the business, opening new offices and service stations in Moscow. We are developing unique software for managing key indicators in the transport business. We help our partners launch their own rental fleets, which are still operating successfully today.

2018

The owners entrusted us with management: they brought several fleets to a stable profit, and then successfully sold them. We realized that we could teach others our management system - we started collecting materials for corporate training. We are successfully developing our leasing business and growing the company's staff.

2019

Leasing breakthrough: the volume of the company's client portfolio has exceeded 2 billion rubles. About 15% of them are our former employees from the department. Once again we were convinced that our training and support provide real opportunities for financial growth.

2020

We successfully occupied different segments of the rental market, so we decided to go further - to master the premium niche. That's how TOPCAR came into being.

2021

We already have experience from many launches and restarts: we assembled a team with common goals and values, built work processes, and began work. We started on several Mercedes-Benz and Porsche.

2022

Adding speed: We are expanding our fleet to 30 cars of executive class. We are introducing our own development - Itransport. We expand the geography of the service: with the new product we entered the market of Dubai and Almaty. The car fleet has grown to 60 units of elite cars, and the staff already employs 70 people.

2023

120 status cars available to customers, more services, features and promotions, going deeper into service management, making the product perfect for B2B and B2C.
